From my current read, Six Walks: In The Footsteps of Henry David Thoreau, by Ben Shattuck: “Walls of phragmites— the invasive reeds I can’t get myself to dislike because of how they sway in the wind, the sound of fabric rushing across itself.” I understand, @benshattuck_art .
