Between the drought and some creature that keeps munching my dahlias ( looking at you, whistle pig), they are not doing much of anything this year. But my dwarf ones are blooming, and I came home to a few lovely blossoms. So I snipped a couple for my new souvenir vase from Lunenburg, bought purposely to showcase a dahlia blossom or two. Here’s hoping August and September yield some great flowers!@cormorants.eye
