Just finished Richard Powers’ The Overstory. Wow. Shuttled like an air hockey puck from devastating to sublime and back again. I feel a bit out of my body. Haven’t had a book hangover like this in some time. And I can’t stop looking- at trees, at moss, at sky. Even more than usual. My copy is peppered with book darts.
